I am committed to providing quality tutoring that precisely supports student learning and empowers students to succeed in every area of life.
Vision

My goal is to build confident, competent readers so they become independent, lifelong learners who are able to achieve success in school and beyond. As I also specialize in math instruction, I aim to help students increase their math proficiency and capabilities.
About
At Dragonflies, students will be provided specialized academic services in the areas of reading and math, fostering the development of skills necessary to become independent, lifelong learners. I am a firm believer that all children can learn, and when a child is truly literate, “the sky’s the limit!” I will confidently address learning differences by creating uniquely personalized learning experiences for every student at their instructional level.
I also firmly believe that early intervention and support can make a huge difference for young children, so sessions for PreK & Kindergarten students are offered as well!

Dragonflies symbolize hope and represent change, transformation, and potential! I wish to give my clients hope that, with hard work and dedication from both myself and the families I support, improvement and success are possible, and all learners can reach their highest potential!

Did You Know?
A dragonfly spends its first years underwater! Then, when it is ready, this delicate creature climbs up a reed and miraculously begins to breathe air, escaping from its old skin and unfolding the majestic wings that were within its body all along.*
I believe that, just like the dragonfly, every child has within them the ability to reach their true potential, ultimately achieving their personal best! And, I would love to help them be successful in doing so!

Mobile Tutoring

Specialized Reading Instruction

Specialized interventions using the Orton-Gillingham approach and other research-based multi-sensory methods.

$50 per 1 hour session (Grades 1-5)

$25 per 1/2 hour session (PreK-K)

$40 for Initial Assessment and Welcome Session
Mathematics Instruction
-
No initial assessment needed.

I will work with your child on current topics with which they are struggling.

$50 per 1 hour session (Grades1-5)

$25 per 1/2 hour session (PreK-K)

$80 per hour session (small groups of 2-3 children)
Hours of Operation

Mondays and Fridays,
11 a.m. to 3 p.m. -
Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
